I’m Smruti Sahoo, an Essential + Coach whose journey into fitness began with a personal struggle with poor blood reports and body shaming in my thirties. These experiences fueled my passion for fitness and wellness, leading me to transform my life and help others do the same.

From Personal Struggles to Fitness Coaching With five years of experience, I have worked with a variety of clients, from teenagers to individuals in their late fifties. My own journey of strength training and fitness transformation has given me the tools to guide others through their own health challenges.

My Coaching Philosophy I believe in a holistic approach to health, focusing on both physical and mental well-being. My philosophy is rooted in consistency and the belief that everyone can achieve their fitness goals with the right guidance and support.

Motivating and Connecting with Clients I use a combination of friendly and sometimes strict approaches to keep my clients motivated. Understanding their mental and emotional needs is key to my coaching style, ensuring that each client feels supported and encouraged.
