I’m Smruti Sahoo, an Essential + Coach whose journey into fitness began with a personal struggle with poor blood reports and body shaming in my thirties. These experiences fueled my passion for fitness and wellness, leading me to transform my life and help others do the same.

My Coaching Philosophy I believe in a holistic approach to health, focusing on both physical and mental well-being. My philosophy is rooted in consistency and the belief that everyone can achieve their fitness goals with the right guidance and support.
Motivating and Connecting with Clients I use a combination of friendly and sometimes strict approaches to keep my clients motivated. Understanding their mental and emotional needs is key to my coaching style, ensuring that each client feels supported and encouraged.

Smruti ma’am has been a wonderful trainer. She has helped me bring my blood markers in control and reduce weight. She has explained every single point in detail and answered multiple queries without any hesitation. She is always calm and understanding and provides plans according to our routine that helped me understand what to be followed life long.
The entire notion of a diet being the worst thing to do has been changed after looking at her diet plans she has assigned me! I was able to enjoy almost every single favourite food in a healthy way!
She also encouraged me to start strength training and now I’ve started to enjoy doing workouts! Lots of changes i could see after working with ma’am that I didn’t see before were - face fat, belly fat, abdomen fat had reduced (after pregnancy i did not imagine myself ever reducing weight), started feeling stronger (in terms of daily routine also i stopped feeling exhausted towards the night), stopped having sugar cravings (did not feel the need to hog on junk food) and stress levels seemed to have reduced drastically (the fact that i was focusing on myself and having to improve physically helped me become stronger mentally)!
All in all i think she is PERFECT for a beginner who is looking to start their journey to a healthier future!
She genuinely took interest in my wellness, understood the challenges and provided practical solutions to overcome them. She attentively listens, deduce where you are going wrong and will gently steer you on the right path. All in all, coaching under her was a rewarding and an enriching experience.
