At PFC Club, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and value for your investment in your health and fitness. However, please be aware of our refund policy before you commit to any training or services:

All fees/charges paid by you towards our training and/or services are non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, in the unlikely event that a trainer/coach is unable to deliver the signed-up training program before the set deadline, we will adjust your fees/charges against any services already availed. Any balance remaining after this adjustment will be refunded to you.

Please note, if a discount was applied at the time of your order, this will render your payment ineligible for any refund.
