Hi,
I am in my 5th month of my fitness journey, working with Siddhartha Choudhary, and the words truly fall short of the transformative experience I have had. It has been a very rewarding experience from a personal, professional, and mental perspective. I never thought fitness journey would impact me positively in so many aspects.
A bit about my journey:
I have been a regular at the gym for about 12 years, but never saw the results I hoped for. During these years, I balanced a desk job, attended university, and returned to work, always finding time to work out. I believed I knew the way to a healthy life - until I finally realized I was not on the correct path. I lacked the knowledge of the science behind leading a true fit and healthy lifestyle. After gaining a lot of weight, I enrolled with Siddhartha, and the experience has been nothing short of life-changing.
His approach is simple but exceptional - he focuses on healthy, long-term habits that can be be incorporated into anyone's daily life, if the person shows a bit of self-commitment. As Siddhartha mentions in his bio, he follows a "no bullshit" approach. His straightforward, science-backed methods have delivered remarkable results for me, and I could not be more thankful for his expertise.
This journey has not only improved my general fitness but has also enhanced my productivity at work, uplifted my self-confidence and enhanced me in all walks of life.
