I have been under coach Siddharth for almost 4 months now and the transformation that I have seen is remarkable.He is best at what he does whether its workout or nutrition.The explaination he has before changing the diet plan tells how much he is involved and focused he is to change your lifestyle.He is a
magician who just knows where I am making mistakes and then plan my diet accordingly and I have seen some remarkable results within weeks. I owe him everything I have unlearnt and learnt within this time frame. It is not easy but coaches like him make you beleive its not impossible either. The motivation he provides is another level.I have never seen him frustated for any mistakes ( I am not good at sending updates and sometimes he has to chase me for weeks) but had always motivated to give 100% next time. Fitness as everyone says is a change in lifestyle but Siddharth has helped me understand the science behind it and how to apply it to make it part of pur lifestyle.
