I’m Siddhartha Choudhury, a Nutrition and Fitness Coach with a background in engineering and an MBA from Singapore. After spending 10 years in the corporate world, I transitioned into the fitness industry, driven by my passion for health and wellness.

From Corporate Life to Fitness Coaching

With five years of experience, I have had the privilege of coaching over 1,500 clients, including athletes and individuals from various fitness levels. My clientele ranges from teenagers to senior citizens, reflecting my ability to tailor programs for a wide spectrum of needs.

My philosophy is rooted in simplicity and effectiveness. I employ a "no BS" approach, focusing on easy-to-adapt, result-oriented techniques. I believe that understanding the basics and maintaining a clear vision of goals are essential components of a healthy lifestyle.

I have been under coach Siddharth for almost 4 months now and the transformation that I have seen is remarkable.He is best at what he does whether its workout or nutrition.The explaination he has before changing the diet plan tells how much he is involved and focused he is to change your lifestyle.He is a
magician who just knows where I am making mistakes and then plan my diet accordingly and I have seen some remarkable results within weeks. I owe him everything I have unlearnt and learnt within this time frame. It is not easy but coaches like him make you beleive its not impossible either. The motivation he provides is another level.I have never seen him frustated for any mistakes ( I am not good at sending updates and sometimes he has to chase me for weeks) but had always motivated to give 100% next time. Fitness as everyone says is a change in lifestyle but Siddharth has helped me understand the science behind it and how to apply it to make it part of pur lifestyle. Nothing extraordinary, very simple changes and being consistent is his mantra.Can't wait to see what this journey would end like under is guidance. Long way to go!!!

Great coach

I chose Siddhartha as my coach after watching his testimony on YouTube. He can across as honest and kind and his words resonated with me. I have been in and out of shape my whole life and wanted someone to simplify my workouts and give me guidance on my diet. He did both. I’m in my 40s and in better shape than when I was in my 20s. He pushes me when I need to be pushed and also helps you set realistic goals at an achievable pace. Grateful to have found him.

Results I’ve never seen before

By just following 20% of his plan, I managed to ease discomfort in my body that deprived me of sleep for months that made me give up my job. I sleep well now and got my life back. I can’t wait to experience the results of following 100% of his plan. I used to workout a lot and eat healthy before his guidance but still had a skinny fat body with a little paunch but after customising my workout and prescribing me a diet tailor made according my parameters now I have a flatter stomach. Top physiotherapists and experts only worsened my injuries but Siddhartha’s knowledge of rehabilitation healed me through simple activities. While doctors prescribed me medication. I’m training for nation athletics, in that context the level of detail he asks about tracking daily habits gives me assurance that he doesn’t take it lightly. When I don’t follow, he does a lot of hand holding till I get on track. Having him in my corner gives me more belief that I will accomplish great things. All that and he is a great human being :)
