I am Sheetal Andhale from Navi Mumbai, a 42-year-old mother of three, INFS certified fitness trainer. My journey in fitness has been marked by remarkable achievements, including winning a national gold medal in powerlifting in 2018 and clinching the international title in the runway model category at the ICN Bodybuilding Competition held in South Korea in 2023.

I have trained and transformed more than 300 clients across various age groups, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.

With hands-on experience in injury management and a deep understanding of diverse client needs, I am passionate about promoting strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness among my clients.
