As someone who has struggled with achieving sustainable weight loss goals, finding Coach Priyanka Lahiri was an absolute game-changer.

What sets Priyanka apart is her dedication to tailoring every aspect of the fitness journey to the individual. Priyanka took the time to understand my habits, preferences, and goals, crafting a plan that felt like it was made just for me.

Her insightful feedback was incredibly effective. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by data or restricted by a rigid plan, I felt empowered to make healthy choices that fit seamlessly into my lifestyle. I never felt deprived, even when making changes to my diet and workout routine.

Struggles To Strength

I met Priyanka when I found my life being stuck in a loop where I didn't have energy to move more & coz of that i couldn't muster up energy to exercise. Mornings were a total drag because of my thyroid issues, leaving me groggy. And by the time I finished my workday and got home, I was so exhausted I could barely even move. All this led to enormous weight gain and health problems like high BP, frequent migraines, obstructive sleep apnea, thyroid issues, prediabetes and inflammation. Because of all this, along with high dosage of bp meds, doctors had put me on CPAP machine at night as my blood pressure wasn't improving & underlying problem was obstructive sleep apnea. Iwas clearly at my lowest health wise. Signing up with Priyanka was the turning point in my fitness journey.

It was not easy for me initially as I was struggling big time with my workouts because of my energy problem. But one person who didn't lose hope on me was Priyanka. She was patient with me - kept on motivating. She knows which buttons to push to get the results.

From struggling to walk to lifting 10kg weights I never dreamed of, Priyanka's support has been monumental in making me reach this point. She believed in me when I couldn't - gave me the confidence to push boundaries.

I admire her for how she is always available for her mentees. Her energy is infectious. She is like a walking encyclopaedia of healthy living dropping truth bombs everytime you ping her with any query. Every time I used to doubt myself she used to hype me up pushing me to extra mile.

Her accountability group keeps you going. It has helped me a lot to be consistent with my workouts. Shoutout to Rayshi in her team for meticulously following up on my diet and workout.

I have lost 13kgs in last 4 months but trust me my transformation has been beyond the numbers on the scale. I have changed as a person. I look at life in a new perspective now. I am happier and stronger.

Here is what all changed -

1) My bp medicine dosage is reduced

2) Am no more a prediabetic (yes we reversed it)

3) my thyroid levels are better

4) am off CPAP machine

5) I lost 13 kgs in 4 months

6) I lift big 10kgs now

7) I have dropped two dress sizes

8) I am happier and energetic

9) I sleep much better now

My best decision was to enroll with Coach Priyanka

My goal is to grow stronger, loose fat in the process. Flexibility, with reduced aches and pains as I age.: A lower back injury cropped upon mid 2022 and I was afraid if I could even sustain working out regularly with that condition. My lower body mobility was restricted. BP, cholesterol were higher than normal. RHR was nearing 70. Overall I was pushed to my lowest health wise due this issue and I wasn’t happy about it at all. I had to get out of this and hence decided to enrol with Priyanka @pfc. She is an absolute genius. Quick to know the pulse of her client, guide, mentor and also have one or two difficult conversations, if need be. She’s an absolute star and I admire her brilliant attitude.
it’s not been easy, mind you. To start with I was always scared of my back injury flaring up. Struggle was to give up on the weight loss mindset and just focus on the plan. On occasions I would stray from the plan and then feel guilty for the next few days. Eating mindfully is a real skill, I am not the great at it yet, but learning from the best. One more very important one is alcohol intake. Ditching it completely is the best, if not limiting it to the minimum is an absolute necessity. Learnt it the hard way. Say what not but the mantra is to stay consistent. Keep it simple. Do what’s needed. Don’t chase results, trust your coach 😊
This is the best I have even been, but doesn’t mean it’s the end. Bulk a bit more, learn to eat mindfully even on social occasions and most importantly stay consistent in this fitness journey. Sky is the limit.

Accomplished and Adept!

A couple of decades back when I started my medical studies and journey of becoming a Surgeon I was quite fit and a bit of an athlete, but over the years due to time constraints and busy schedule things went slightly downhill and I could never get back to optimum health condition despite many efforts.

Working as a surgeon demands peak physical and mental fitness, however last year I felt that I am not at the top of my game and need to change things. Also recently with lot of mishaps due to stress and bad physical health in middle aged people especially doctors I was a bit worried and thought that I need to take control of things. That is when I decided to prioritize my health and fitness. However I was sceptical about joining a gym or following any random online fitness program as I had certain time and other constraints, that is when I got to know about PFC and was fortunate to find Priyanka as a trainer who not only understood my demanding schedule but also tailored a program that has transformed my life.

With her guidance, I embarked on a journey of holistic wellness. Her expertise in designing a balanced diet and effective exercise routines was evident from the start. She took the time to understand my goals, limitations, and preferences, crafting a plan that was not only achievable but also enjoyable.

The impact was profound. Not only did I shed excess weight and build muscle, but I also experienced a remarkable improvement in my energy levels and mental clarity. Also my lipid profile which was deranged normalised along with reversal of my fatty liver. A good learning leaning experience

Since I had been already working out and eating consciously, what she offered was additional knowledge to help me break the plateau. I barely had to make any changes in my routine. Consistency and being answerable was the key factor. She was understanding enough on my mentally weak days. I broke my own half marathon time by 15 mins during these 12 weeks.

Extremely dedicated and knowledgeable coach

Seeking professional help is one of the hardest things to do especially when it comes to fitness. Weighing 84 kg at 5’6”, I tried various diets including intermittent fasting and low carb diets accompanied by regular exercises like cycling, swimming and walking. I managed to reduce my weight to 79 kg. However, despite my best efforts, my weight did not come down further and kept oscillating between 79 to 81 kg. My main intention was to lose weight so that my BMI is close to 25 and to lead a fit and active life.

I came across Priyanka’s profile on social media and instantly loved the messages she posted as they were direct, practical and busted a lot of myths about fitness. Nevertheless, I procrastinated for several months and a minor health scare finally convinced me take the plunge.

Priyanka’s approach was very scientific and detailed. She took the time to understand my motivation for enrolling, what I hoped to achieve at the end of 4 months and carefully studied my medical reports and health constraints (I had congenital heart disease and had a heart valve replacement 8 years ago). She also checked on my food preferences and tried to incorporate most of them in my diet plan (sweets were obviously out). She was very particular in monitoring both my diet and exercise (I would send her exercise videos and meal photos ) for the first couple of months. Missed goals elicited a gentle scolding :) but on the other hand, there was a lot of encouragement and praise when I exceeded the fitness goals which motivated me to do more.

The journey is definitely not easy but the results more than make up for it. I lost almost 9 kgs in 4 months and almost have a flat stomach and will require a new wardrobe. I am physically fit and can run continuously for 30 minutes (something I thought was impossible 4 months ago ). I plan to take a short break and continue this journey with Priyanka on getting to my dream of 6 pack abs.

Amazing coach for Postpartum weight loss

I was facing challenges with excessive body fat and intense knee pain post-delivery, making it difficult to shed weight. Being in the fashion industry, my weight and bloated appearance were hindering opportunities. Despite prior attempts with other coaches, none were as confident or effective as my current coach. Within 9 weeks, despite interruptions due to holidays and illness, I've shed significant body fat, dropping from 62 kg to 58 kg.
