Priyanka is comfortable communicating and relating to both men and women mentees of all ages, from 12-year-old girls to 80-year-old elderly clients. Her coaching philosophy is centred around dynamic communication, sustainability, ease of implementation, and constant accountability. She believes that for the best diet and workout plan to be effective, it should fit comfortably into a mentee’s current lifestyle instead of introducing drastic changes.
Priyanka’s approach to weight loss is focused on optimizing current diet and fitness levels and lifestyle changes to improve metabolism, energy levels, and overall health parameters for gradual, but permanent results. She does not believe in drastically difficult diet plans, but rather in educating and guiding mentees to become self-sustainable, self-aware, and knowledgeable about weight management for life.
As a coach, Priyanka is strict and pushes her clients to reach their full potential. She values feedback and communication from her mentees and strongly believes in empowering them to become self-sufficient in their fitness journeys. Priyanka is a no-nonsense and straight forward coach. She does not mince words and guides the client to achieve the goal.
