1. Initial Expectations:
My husband & I enrolled with Priya in 2024, as a couple, for our first fitness journey.
Our primary goal was to build motivation and maintain consistency in workouts and healthy habits.
2. Positives:
She introduced us to useful supplements like magnesium and vitamin D.
Helped us gradually understand the importance of protein intake — especially beneficial for me, as I was new to this.
Dietary changes were helpful.
3. Challenges & Gaps:
Transitioning to gym workouts was difficult for me (coming from a yoga background), and we expected more encouragement and support in this shift.
Weight plateaued after a point, despite following the diet plans.
She was not able to effectively help us understand the importance of building sustainable healthy 'Habits' as a coach.
Unfortunately, we managed to adopt these habits on our own, much later, without her guidance.
4. Consistency Issues:
Initially, we were skeptical about re-enrolling, but she assured us of better focus.
However, her personal commitments affected the consistency of the program once again.
Rather than Priya following up with us, we had to take the lead and chase updates, which was disappointing sometimes.
5. Overall Experience:
While there were a few positives, the overall journey did not align with our expectations.
We were looking for a coach who would offer proactive guidance, consistent motivation, and professional follow-through — areas where we felt the experience fell short.

It's been 7 months I am coming to an end of my 8 months plan.. In the start I was very doubtful like whether this would be possible and whether I would be able to make it or not.. I understood 1 thing that you your body is not same as others.. and 1 must understand that your body will take time to understand.. for me first 1 to 2 months was a kind of trial period like my body is trying to set to a particular routine and it's okay if you didn't loose much.. I lost about 4 kgs in 2 months and that's okay your body is adapting it..
So I lost 10kgs in a span of 6.5 months.. and I'm proud of it.. not comparing to any other individual's rate of loosing..
Priya used to always be supportive and always motivated me even when I used to not loose weight sometimes and I used to also gain sometimes..
I think patience is the key.. we must not be in a rat race always....
Thank you priya for being part of my journey and making it the bestest of all..
Also I would thank PFC Club for taking such great Initiative of launching such great coaches.... and telling that diet is not "JUST SALAD (khas phus)".. we can work it out by having home cooked meals..
