A good coach is someone who doesn't make you feel like you are starving yourself to look better, he's someone who makes you realize you don't have to restrict yourself to feel the healthiest version of yourself, and its just about making healthy choices. And Pavneet is one of them. I have PCOS and its makes it really difficult to deal with it but Pavneet makes it easier to deal with. He listens to what i want and even when i have some difficult moments with cheat meals he's there to help me out without making me feel bad or blaming me. Its just been a month and i have started to see difference in my measurements and not to forget i feel stronger.
Very humble and knowledge guy, good to have coach like him, really motivates and helps to achieve goals.
