It has been more than 3 month I am working out virtually with Himanshu. We connect once a week to discuss the problems and solutions to those problems. Overall it has been a fantastic experience to workout under Himanshu’s guidance. I have shed almost 8 Kgs of weight without too much compromising on the food intake. He helped me to understand the impact of what we eat and how it can change the overall body internally and externally. Looking forward to shed few more kgs and increase the muscle mass under his guidance. I would highly recommend Himanshu to anyone irrespective of their background in exercise. He would help you with your goals without too much compromising on food.

Had been going to the gym from last 3-4 years but was never able to lose weight or build proper muscles. Working with Himanshu from last 12 weeks has helped me achieve all of these things. We changed the diets if and when there were some issues and he has been supportive throughout. It also inculcated discipline in me and from now on i will be aware of what and how much i eat.

the best thing about himanshu is that he really taught me how to be aware about what i eat ..eat mindfully …and also indulge once or twice a week but in moderation as long as i am disciplined the remaining days .. …which i feel is sustainable in the long run ..i lost 7.5 kgs in 3 months with his guidance and this is the fittest i have ever been ..the knowledge he is given me is not just for 3 months ..it’s something that i ll use my whole life .

Had the most enlightening experience with Himanshu Sir. Been into fitness and doing workout since last 3 years, but didn’t pay proper attention to exercise forms. Learned all about what kind of huge difference can occur following correct forms in exercises from Himanshu Sir in last 6 months. And it made all the difference. Never felt this confident in my workouts before.

I started working with Himanshu during the second half of 2022. I had gained a lot of weight due to the whole work from home situation. Post starting the program the first month was just me trying to adjust to the new schedule and routines. Himanshu was very patient with me and was answering all the queries I had – ranging from Nutrition, supplements and workouts. For the two months of course I did not achieve much success given my personal issues but Himanshu did not give up. He kept suggesting alternate ways to how handle the situation. The next two months of the program were great as we started seeing results. And as good coaches do – he made sure that i don’t get comfortable at small success and made sure that my focus is not lost. He kept pushing me to lift more weights and make sure the diet is followed properly. He has been great support during my personal issues and it did not feel like he is just trying to do his work for the sake of it. He was as much invested in me as much I was, sometimes even more. I was not much into sharing my food pics but was super motivated to share my Gym workout videos. I was always excited to share even small achievements with him – that’s how much comfortable our working relationship was. Given the results, i decided to extend my course for an entire year. He always made things simple and not too complicated just to make it fancy.
