I started my fitness journey with Hardik ~1.5 months ago and as a skinny fat woman in mid-30s who had never seen the inside of a gym in my life, I was unsure of how my fitness journey would pan out.
It has been amazing working with Hardik so far, he is a thorough professional who stays positive and recognizes individual needs when customizing plans. His diet plan for me is sustainable, vegetarian friendly and I never have to starve myself. The workout plan is also beginner oriented focusing on a slow start and building momentum over time. I am still in in the early stages of the program but now optimistic about reaching my goal in 6 months while building healthy habits that will hopefully stay with me for life.
