Yoga for Posture Correction Monday to Friday Time - 06:30 PM to 07:00 PM (IST) The plan is time bound, a continuous 4 weeks sessions once the start date is confirmed upon payment. Please note that no class will carried forward to the next month. We do not encourage any breaks in the plan. However If for any unfortunate reason, the coach is not available, you will get a replacement coach or the plan will get extended as per the number of days of unavailability of coach.

Experiencing a free body and mind!

I joined the batch because of two reasons. First, I had recent trip to Rishikesh and I saw many people doing Yoga on the banks of Ganga and with amazing flexibility (which I don’t have tbh) and second reason was I had shoulder injury twice while working out. My physio suggested me some mobility exercises which I did for few days and I thought that recovery is done. I was wrong, whenever I had heavy shoulder or chest workout the tickling started and experienced slight pain for couple of hours.

I joined this batch without any expectations whether I will be getting free with the shoulder issue or will have some different experience. The first week was tough as this was something new for me but after 2-3 days my shoulder tickling somehow stopped. Currently I am not experiencing any pain in the shoulders (due to this only only I was able to break my bench press PR to 100kgs two days back).

All thanks to Sanyogita ma’am’s sessions focusing stretches, flexibility and targeting all muscle groups! Thank you ma’am for that. Looking forward to attend many more sessions with you and achieving the target for flexible body.

Good going

I believe, sanyogita is a good trainer, she has made me do some aasan, which looked difficult but I achieved those. I believe, my backache is almost gone. After sitting for almost 12-15 hours a day, my back used to be very stiff and now things are much better. The flexibility has increased many folds, I dont have joint pains.
Thanks to her for taking it slowly and increasing it now and do things that are achievable.
I can add more, but I missed doing that earlier and I am writing this in between my meetings, so want to add atleast a few lines.
She is doing good, lets continue with some basic fitness.
