I’m Dr. Manmeet Kaur, a dedicated Dietitian with PhD in Food Science & Nutrition from Nagpur University, where I Post Graduated as a Gold Medalist. My journey into nutrition was deeply influenced by my own post-pregnancy transformation, which fueled my passion for helping others achieve their health goals.

From Academia to Practical Nutrition

My professional journey began in 2004, and I have since accumulated a wealth of experience in understanding blood reports and crafted therapeutic diet plans for PCOS, fatty liver, diabetes ,gout , high uric acid, hypertension, thyroid , GERD / Gut health , Gestational diabetes , elderly nutrition, kidney diseases. Over the years, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate their nutritional needs and achieve optimal health.

My approach is patient-centric, focusing on understanding each client’s unique needs from the very first interaction. I emphasize the importance of education, helping clients understand what and why they are eating, which fosters a deeper appreciation for healthy living. Sustainable Diet with impeccable Support

First of All , Big Thanks to Manmeet Mam for mentoring me and bringing out the confident and best version out of me.
1.Best thing about Manmeet Mam is she first asks us our daily diet which we are already following and makes few changes which are in line with our fitness goals and modifies it every 8-10 Days to hit out macros till we finalize our optimal diet Plan (She doesn't change our diet overnight ).
2.No any foreign or exotic foods are suggested , All foods suggested by Mam are easily available in Indian household.
3.I was going through a tough phase in my life in terms of health and at one point I even thought I couldn't make it (I do laugh on myself now) but Mam took care of me like my own family.
4.As the Diet is sustainable it can be easily sourced , you can follow it without missing out of anything or falling out of track.

My Suggestions to anyone working on getting in shape I have noticed while working with Mam is-
1.Getting in shape is more about discipline and mindset rather than doing some fancy things to appear cool.
2.There will be days when you would feel like giving up but you have to keep on doing it. Even if you don't feel like going to gym just show up even for 10-15 minutes.
3.Believe me this process will be most boring thing for the first 3-4 months and the day people start noticing the changes and admiring you , this process will change to the most interesting thing you have ever done and will be doing.

Perfect Guidance under a Perfect Coach

Thanks Dr.Manmeet Kaur for changing my personality and lifestyle.Under your guidance I have lost 12 Kg weight that too with out dieting, only by changing unhealthy food with healthy food.I am so happy that under her guidance, without starving myself lost so much weight.You are so cooperative and humble.
Today I admit that initially I followed your diet chart 100 percent but later due to my field work I followed only 80 percent, still I got such a good result.
