From Academia to Practical Nutrition
My professional journey began in 2004, and I have since accumulated a wealth of experience in understanding blood reports and crafted therapeutic diet plans for PCOS, fatty liver, diabetes ,gout , high uric acid, hypertension, thyroid , GERD / Gut health , Gestational diabetes , elderly nutrition, kidney diseases. Over the years, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate their nutritional needs and achieve optimal health.

My approach is patient-centric, focusing on understanding each client’s unique needs from the very first interaction. I emphasize the importance of education, helping clients understand what and why they are eating, which fosters a deeper appreciation for healthy living. I joined Dr. Manmeet’s program when I was overweight and struggling with gut issues. Dr Manmeet has lots of patience and right attitude to guide and educate on diet plans as per my requirements without making my diet boring!!! My journey was more on having healthy diet and simple exercises to help with my body deficiencies of iron, vit D, vit b12 and balancing my hormones. I have been taking supplements before to combat the deficiences but it was not working.
After joining Dr Manmeet's program, my gut health improved(no more bloating pr acidity) and so did the absorption of my supplements along with the diet recommended, my blood reports improved within 2 months.
Cooking with planning started looking easy too.
