वजन.....चर्चेचा विषय
मी या आधी पण खूपदा प्रयत्न केले वजन कमी करायचा ...म्हणजे अगदी २०१६ पासून चालू होते...अखेरीस २०१९ मध्ये यश आले.....म्हणजे ७४ kg पासून ६३ पर्यंत ..त्यावेळी एक्दम खुश झाले....की yes achieved...आणी त्या नंतर खरी कसोटी चालू झाली.....वजन तर कमी केले पण ते maintain कसे करायचे त्या साठी काय योजना करायच्या हे कधी कळलेच नाही....मग काय त्या नंतर lockdown लागल...मग काय नवीन नवीन पदार्थ करणे आणि खाणे. ...एवढाच चालू होते...मग परत एकदा वजन वाढीचा विषय चालू झाला....तो इतका शिगेला पोचला की खूप frustration यायला लागल....सगळे जण म्हणायला लागले की किती जाड झाली आहेस.....etc...मग काय...मेडिकल issue आले..त्यावेळी आस वाटत होत कि कुठेच जायला नको...इतक त्या वजनाच टेन्शन आलं.त्या नंतर माझ्या परीने सगळे प्रयत्न चालू झाले....मग साधारण २०२२ च्या आसपास ....इन्स्टाग्राम वरती मला दीप्ती सरदेशपांडे मॅम चे रिलस दिसायला लागले.....आणि मग एक जादुमय प्रवास सुरु झाला....हो नाही करत करत मी त्यांना २६ जुन २०२३ मध्ये जॉईन झाले....सुरुवातीच्या काही दिवसा मधेच खूप छान फरक दिसू लागला....दीप्ती मॅम नी खूप मस्त confidence दिला... त्यांनी खर गमक सांगितले ...मग पूर्ण एक वर्ष काम केल स्वतःवर...आणि result समोर आहे
