It has been a valuable experience on strength training with Asma.

Beginning of a transformation journey

Got enrolled with Asma few weeks back.
She is a patient coach,wonderful mentor and a nice human being. She made me understand the importance of protein rich diet and muscle building for optimum health. Without any extraordinary changes in my regular diet, we were able to increase protein intake and cut the carbs as per my requirement. She was always available to listen into my doubts and worries and kept checking on my progress regularly.
I was able to lose a total of 3kg in 4 weeks with some gain in muscle and loss of body fat. The workout was gradually shifted from easy to moderate so as to avoid any pain and discomfort. Also she made sure I could use my bare minimum equipment to complete my workout at home. Overall it was a nice experience teaming up with her to make workout and good diet as a habit which I wish I can sustain for lifetime.
I highly recommended Asma for those who want to begin their fitness journey but don't know where and how to start. She is the one!

Best Home workout plan for working professional

I was getting difficulty in following proper workout and diet routine due to my busy schedule and odd working hours. However Asma helped me in my fitness journey by giving me proper diet plan which can be easily accommodated by modifying my existing diet only. Also she gave me detailed home workout plan as per whatever fitness gears are available with me. i could see changes in my weight, sleep cycle, stamina etc within 1 month only.
