Enrolled with ashutosh in January 2025,earlier i didn’t know the right things about nutrition was in a “deficit “ for a long time to lose fat,was hindering my muscle growth as i didn’t wanna gain the fat i lost,thus being in a deficit,ashutosh has helped me know how much the right things to eat and train properly,and i had digestion issues earlier as well which now are mostly fixed,getting compliments in the gym getting stronger everyday,balanced diet like even if i have a cookie here and there when it’s within my calorie budget,i don’t even have urges to get a cheat day now,hopefully it keeps getting better now
