Muscle gain

When I started with amit i had lost my muscles mass due to incorrect dieting. Now i am in mid way of my process nd my main focus is to gain muscle mass and loose unwanted fat . Now the results are clearly visible . My body posture which earlier was bent is now getting straight. My weight is almost same but that is not my focus. Amit has been very helpful in explaining me how this thing works. I now know the reason behind my muscle loss. Hopefully by end of this program I will be in my shape with muscle mass and fat loss . Nd i am sure i will be.

Scientific in Real Sense

I have always been skeptical about online training programs.
However, I decided to give it a try with Coach Amit Sir to see if it was worth the investment.

From the very beginning, Coach Amit ensured that all my queries were answered promptly. He never left any question unanswered. Through his guidance, I not only transformed my body but also my mindset. I learned a lot from him about how nutrition works and what a proper diet really means.

As a beginner, I struggled with executing workout forms correctly. Coach Amit reviewed every workout himself and provided valuable tips. I never imagined I would be able to do pull-ups in my entire life, but today, I can proudly say that I can do 3-4 pull-ups without any support.
Starting from 82kgs in this 24 weeks I reached to 73 kgs and I'm really happy about what I did.

Continuously pushes your limit and keeps you on track

Have been training under Amit for quite some time. A caring and dedicated mentor who encourages you, is approachable and always checks on your progress. There have been times when I haven’t been very consistent with the assigned diet but he been supportive and made multiple customisations to my diet as per the constraints that I shared. Looking forward to stay more consistent with the workout, diet and successfully achieve my transformation goals under Amit’s mentorship.

Fantastic Experience

I enrolled under 12-week fitness program which is about to end under Amit Guidance and my goal was (Which I guess is most common) to reduce belly fat and increase overall muscle mass.
Initially I was under the influence that reducing belly fat is the most difficult task to do, but Amit shown it is possible with proper guidance & nutrition.
In just 12 weeks, I reduced my weight from 63.7 to 58.5 and waist from 34" to 31" while gaining little muscle mass overall body and ofcourse praises ("taunts from elders").
Weekly check-ins and regular calls and follow-ups keep me motivated as well as under check.
One thing which truly separate PFC from others and I also liked it very much is that once you finish your fitness program, they will not left you hang in dry, they will give proper guidance how to sustain the change and roadmap to future with proper diet schedule and workout which you can follow in future.
Overall, I would highly recommend Amit to anyone who is trying to achieve his fitness goal but is not able to due to any sort of reason.
