Regular connect. Ajeenkya answers all doubts patiently. Personalised diet and exercise charts. Enough alternative options for diet makes it easy to follow.
Although I was an active person in terms of Office Job and morning outings but I was not able to lose belly fat. With Ajeenkya by my side, he tweaked my daily diet and added Protein in each meal. Before this I used to abhor whey protein. But Ajeenkya nudged me to add protein powder among other dietary sources. I had not imagined getting online coaching on exercise form. But with him I took it up. Had to become little shameless in shooting the video daily in the gym for each exercise. But after a point of time, it did not bother me. The exercise regimen and the recommended diet (balance of macros and calorie restriction) helped me reduce the weight by an average of 500 gram every week. I had to travel a lot due to my work but the coach insisted on sticking to the diet at least. I was largely able to stick to the diet which has helped in loose approximately 6-7 kgs in 3-4 months. Its time to change the wardrobe. Waiting for some more time before changing finally. Next on the cards is building muscles. There were some injuries in the process. But the coach helped me recover from that and continue to follow the regimen. I have now developed mental calculation of what I am going to eat. This has helped me stay on the course. There are cravings at times. Peanut and a sweet (sometimes) is my cheat meal at times which my coach asks me to avoid. He has now given me a choice of adding chocolate in case I desire so.
I thank Ajeenkya for all the support and guidance. He answers all my queries with logic. He has the right temperament of a coach and full of energy. His own journey has inspired me. Looking forward to next round of transformation.
