- 10g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:10g; P:0g; Kcal:90)
- Salt & Basic Spices
- Veggies (Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chilly, Cabbage, Capsicum, Coriander, Curry Leaves Garlic)
# Preparation
1. Soak soya granules in plain water.
2. Heat a pan and add ghee. Put curry leaves and garlic. Let it cook for a minute.
3. Add onions, green chilly and other veggies. Sauté them.
4. Drain water of soya granules and add it in pan and close the lid. Let it cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add coriander leaves.
6. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
