- 10g Egg Mayonnaise (C:0.94g; F:6.34g; P:0.24g; Kcal:61.78)
- Salt & Basic Spices

# Preparation
1. Boil soya chaap sticks for 8-10 minutes and drain water.
2. Cut Soya chap sticks into small pieces, Shred if possible.
3. Heat a pan and add 5g ghee. Add onions, tomatoes, green chilly and sauté for a minute)
4. Add soya stick pieces and spices, sauté till cooked, finish with green coriander.
5. Roll out a big chapati and spread 5g ghee on both sides.
6. Spread mayonnaise and soya mixture in the chapati and roll it.
7. Heat it for 1-2 minutes in a pan.
8. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
