# Ingredients

- 50g Soya Chunks (C:16.5g; F:0.21g; P:26.29g; Kcal:173.07)
- 40g Rice (C:31.6g; F:0.2g; P:2.6g; Kcal:138.6)
- 10g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:10g; P:0g; Kcal:90)
- Salt & Basic Spices
- Veggies (Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chilly, Cabbage, Capsicum, Coriander)
- 1⁄2 Tbsp Baking Soda

# Preparation

1. Grind the soya chunks in blender. If you want, you can boil it and
2. grind it in the blender.
3. Make the batter by adding water, rice flour, black pepper and salt. Add 
more water if batter is too thick. You can add spices based on your comfort.
4. Add half tsp baking soda and mix well.
5. Apply the 5g ghee or oil to the idli maker. Add the batter in idli maker.

Keep it on slow flame for 10 minutes and check.

6. Heat a pan and add 5g ghee.
7. Add veggies, Salt and spices to it and sauté them.
8. Cut the idlis into pieces and put it in the pan. Let it cook for 3 minutes
9. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
