# Preparation
1. Grate Gajar.
2. Microwave gajar with ghee and cook till cooked 70 percent.
3. Add Milk and cook through Add water to whey protein till it reaches thin consistency.
4. Take a pan and heat it.
5. Pour whey batter on the pan and scramble on low heat.
6. Mix with gajar and add sugar-free as per your taste.
7. Cook for about 1 minute.
