# Ingredients

- 2 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein (66g) (C:6.6g; F:1.38g; P:52g; Kcal:246.82)
- 1 Whole Egg (C:0g; F:5g; P:6g; Kcal:69)
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 100ml Milk (here mother dairy’s cow milk) (C:4.8g; F:3.2g; P:3.2g; Kcal:60.8)
- 10gm Cocoa Powder (C:3.5g; F:1.1g; P:2.3g; Kcal:33.1)
- Sugar-Free
- 1⁄2 Tbsp Baking Soda
- 10g Butter (C:0g; F:8g; P:0g; Kcal:72)

# Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients to make the batter and try not to get lumps by mixing in the same direction. (Milk, Whey, Cocoa Powder and Baking Soda)
2. Then beat the egg and add in the mixture. Add Sugar-Free and Vanilla Essence and make a thick batter.
3. Preheat pressure cooker with a small stand in it or a small container upside down
4. Grease a container with butter and add the cake mixture to it.
5. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes.
6. Check the cake by putting in a fork.
7. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
