# Preparation
1. Boil Tofu for 5 minutes.
2. Cut Paneer and Tofu into small pieces.
3. Heat ghee in a pan.
4. Add chopped onions, other veggies, salt, and other spices.
5. Sauté them. - Add tofu and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
6. Then add paneer.
7. Mix well and let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
8. Squeeze a lemon over it.
9. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
