Tofu Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams tofu
  • 50 grams millet pasta
  • Baby spinach (1 bunch)
  • Cherry tomatoes (5-6)
  • Garlic(10-12 cloves)
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil, pasta mixed herbs, chilli vinegar, basil, garlic powder.


Recipe:

  1. Chopped everything roughly.
  2. For sauce, take the roots and some leaves of spinach and mix salt, 2 spoon vinegar, pepper, 2 spoon basil, garlic and blend into fine paste.
  3. Mix this paste with tofu. Sprinkle some garlic powder on tofu and tomatoes, air fry for 5 minutes at 180.
  4. Mix the same paste in pasta and season it with pasta herb mix.
  5. Sauté spinach leaves in 2-3 drops of olive oil, garlic and some salt.
  6. Add everything on one plate and it’s ready.
