Ingredients:
- 100 grams tofu
- 50 grams millet pasta
- Baby spinach (1 bunch)
- Cherry tomatoes (5-6)
- Garlic(10-12 cloves)
- Salt, pepper, olive oil, pasta mixed herbs, chilli vinegar, basil, garlic powder.
Recipe:
- Chopped everything roughly.
- For sauce, take the roots and some leaves of spinach and mix salt, 2 spoon vinegar, pepper, 2 spoon basil, garlic and blend into fine paste.
- Mix this paste with tofu. Sprinkle some garlic powder on tofu and tomatoes, air fry for 5 minutes at 180.
- Mix the same paste in pasta and season it with pasta herb mix.
- Sauté spinach leaves in 2-3 drops of olive oil, garlic and some salt.
- Add everything on one plate and it’s ready.
