# Ingredients

- 50g Soya Chunks (C:16.5g; F:0.21g; P:26.29g; Kcal:173.25)
- 30g Corn Flour (C:22.8g; F:1.2g; P:2.8g; Kcal:113.2)
- 10g Maida (C:7.4g; F:0.10g; P:1g; Kcal:34.5)
- 10g Olive Oil (C:0 ; F:9 ; P:0 ; Kcal:81)
- 20g Soy Sauce (C:4g; F:0g; P:1.3g; Kcal:21.2)
- 10g Vinegar (Negligible Calories)
- 20g Tomato Sauce (C:4.6g; F:0g; P:0.2 ; Kcal:19.20)
- Salt & Basic Spices
- Veggies (Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, Onion, Green Chilly, Garlic)

# Preparation

1. Soak the soya chunks in water for about 5 minutes and then squeeze
out the water from it. Grind it in the mixer and keep it aside.
2. In a chopper, finely chop cabbage, carrot, and capsicum (retain some) adding salt, and then squeeze out the excess water from this as well.
3. In the bowl, mix the above steps mixtures and add maida and cornflour and mix it well. It will form like dough
4. Now, make the balls out of the above-formed dough. Brush the pan
with some oil and roast these balls in it, until it becomes golden brown on both sides. Take it in a bowl.
5. In a large skillet, add remaining oil and chopped garlic, let it sauté until it becomes tender. Thereafter, add chopped onion and sauté it as well. Add the remaining capsicum slits and sauté all for a minute.
6. Now, pour the sauces and vinegar and add cornflour diluted in water. Let this sauce simmer for a minute and then add the soya balls.
7. Add some water and cover the lid and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
8. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
