Ragi Waffles Recipe


  • 1/4 cup ragi flour (30grams)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2-3 dates

  • 1 banana

  • Honey

  • 1/2 tbs baking powder

  • 1/4 tbs cinnamon powder

  • Salt, as per taste


  1. Blend the milk and dates and make a thin paste.

  2. Add ragi flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, salt and (dates & milk) paste and make a thick batter.

  3. Brush the waffle maker with butter and spread the batter evenly. Give it a minute and the your waffles are ready!

  4. Top it up with banana, honey and dates.
