For Seasoning; salt, black pepper, oregano, chilly flakes, basil, cumin, lemon
Recipe:
Marinate the tofu in ginger garlic paste , and all the seasoning as per your taste with a chunk of onions and coriander. Air fry at 200°C for 5 mins. ( flip once after 2.5 mins)
Stir fry the veggies in olive oil.
Use the same hot pan and mix cumin, chopped onion and chopped green chilly with rice.
Using the same pan on low flame, pour the milk, cheese slice and seasoning. Cook for a minute.
