Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 200 grams tofu
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cheese slice
- 40 grams broccoli, 25 grams carrot , 4 cherry tomatoes
- You can take any veggies of your choice
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1 green chilly
- Coriander chopped
- Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tbs olive oil
- For Seasoning; salt, black pepper, oregano, chilly flakes, basil, cumin, lemon
Recipe:
- Marinate the tofu in ginger garlic paste , and all the seasoning as per your taste with a chunk of onions and coriander. Air fry at 200°C for 5 mins. ( flip once after 2.5 mins)
- Stir fry the veggies in olive oil.
- Use the same hot pan and mix cumin, chopped onion and chopped green chilly with rice.
- Using the same pan on low flame, pour the milk, cheese slice and seasoning. Cook for a minute.
- Combine all in a bowl and dig in
