Ingredients:
- 100 grams paneer/tofu
- 100 grams boiled chickpeas
- Cucumber/broccoli/carrot/cabbage/corns/onions/tomatoes or any other veggies available.
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 cheese slice
- 1 cup milk
- For seasoning: Salt, oregano,chilli flakes, chat masala, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli sauce, curd, olive oil
Recipe:
- Chop all the vegetables in desired shapes.
- You can also Stir fry the veggies if you don’t like them uncooked.
- Add chat masala, salt, chilli sauce, coriander powder, curd, ginger garlic paste in paneer and air-fry/pan fry it. ( 200 °C for 7 mins)
- Add 1 tbs olive oil in boiled chickpeas and air fry/ pan fry( 200 °C for 5 mins)
- Roast sweet potato and cut into medium slices and stir fry in olive oil.
- For sauce, take 1 cup milk add some salt, oregano, chilli flakes and 1 cheese slice. Cook for a minute.
- Add all the veggies, paneer, chickpeas, sweet potato in one bowl and top it up with sauce.
