Protein Packed Buddha Bowl Recipe


  • 100 grams paneer/tofu
  • 100 grams boiled chickpeas
  • Cucumber/broccoli/carrot/cabbage/corns/onions/tomatoes or any other veggies available.
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 cheese slice
  • 1 cup milk
  • For seasoning: Salt, oregano,chilli flakes, chat masala, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli sauce, curd, olive oil


  1. Chop all the vegetables in desired shapes.
  2. You can also Stir fry the veggies if you don’t like them uncooked.
  3. Add chat masala, salt, chilli sauce, coriander powder, curd, ginger garlic paste in paneer and air-fry/pan fry it. ( 200 °C for 7 mins)
  4. Add 1 tbs olive oil in boiled chickpeas and air fry/ pan fry( 200 °C for 5 mins)
  5. Roast sweet potato and cut into medium slices and stir fry in olive oil.
  6. For sauce, take 1 cup milk add some salt, oregano, chilli flakes and 1 cheese slice. Cook for a minute.
  7. Add all the veggies, paneer, chickpeas, sweet potato in one bowl and top it up with sauce.
