Protein Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams any rolled oats ( we have used gluten-free dark chocolate oats with seed mix)
  • 10 grams cocoa powder
  • 36 grams whey (chocolate flavour)
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbs yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 Walnut


Recipe:

  1. Grind the dry oats into powder.
  2. Make banana paste using a fork and mix the powder in it.
  3. Add whey, cocoa powder, milk, yogurt and a pinch of salt. (Optionally, can add honey for extra sweetness).
  4. Make a thick paste of all the ingredients. Transfer the paste into microwave friendly container and sprinkle roughly chopped walnuts and heat it for 2-3 mins at 180 °C.
  5. You can also freeze it for 3-4 hours. And your protein brownie is ready.❤️
