Protein Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:
- 40 grams any rolled oats ( we have used gluten-free dark chocolate oats with seed mix)
- 10 grams cocoa powder
- 36 grams whey (chocolate flavour)
- 2 tbs milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs yogurt
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 Walnut
Recipe:
- Grind the dry oats into powder.
- Make banana paste using a fork and mix the powder in it.
- Add whey, cocoa powder, milk, yogurt and a pinch of salt. (Optionally, can add honey for extra sweetness).
- Make a thick paste of all the ingredients. Transfer the paste into microwave friendly container and sprinkle roughly chopped walnuts and heat it for 2-3 mins at 180 °C.
- You can also freeze it for 3-4 hours. And your protein brownie is ready.❤️
