# Ingredients

- 50g Paneer (C:1.5g; F:11g; P:9g; Kcal:141)
- 100g Greek Yogurt (C:4g; F:9.9g; P:5.2g; Kcal:125.9)
- 5g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:5g; P:0g; Kcal:45)
- 40g Wheat Flour (C:30.8g; F:0.32; P:3.6; Kcal:140.48)
- Salt and Other Basic Species
- Onions

# Preparation

1. Knead Wheat flour and keep it aside.
2. Crumble Paneer and add Chopped Onions, Salt, and other Spices.
3. Roll out kneaded flour, stuff with the Paneer filling, roll till required size.
4. Heat Pan and roast the rolled-out flour using the ghee to grease it slightly on both sides while roasting.
5. Serve for yourself with yogurt and Enjoy.
6. (You can add salt & spices to yogurt also)
