Paneer and Cheese Kulcha
# Ingredients
- 70g Paneer (C:0.7g; F:14.7g; P:12.6g; Kcal:185.5)
- 1 Cheese Cube, Amul approx. 25g (C:0.38g; F:6.5g; P:5g; Kcal:207)
- 1 Harvest Kulcha, approx. 50g (C:25g; F:1.5g; P:3.85g; Kcal:128.9)
- 4g Butter (C:0g; F:3.2g; P:0g; Kcal:28.8)
- Salt and Other Spices
- Veggies (Onions, Tomatoes, Cabbage, Capsicum, Spinach)

# Preparation
1. Mash paneer and mix salt, other spices and veggies.
2. Heat pan and spread butter.
3. Cut kulcha into half and heat it on the pan for 1 minute.
4. Spread mixture on one half of the kulcha and cover with other half.
5. Press it 3-4 times and let it cook completely on medium flame for 2 minutes.
6. Grate cheese over the kulcha.
7. Serve for yourself and Enjoy
