# Ingredients

- 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein (33g) (C:3.3g; F:0.69g; P:26g; Kcal:123.41)
- 1 Whole Eggs (C:0g; F:5g; P:6g; Kcal:69)
- 20g Wheat Flour (C:15.4g; F:0.16g; P:1.8g; Kcal:70.24)
- Sugar Free
- 1⁄4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1⁄2 Tbsp Baking Soda
- 4g Butter (C:0g; F:3.2g; P:0.02g; Kcal:28.88)

# Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients (use water) to make a thick batter and try not to get lumps by mixing in the same direction, use sugar-free as per your taste.
2. Preheat a pan and spread butter on it.
3. Spread the batter evenly on the pan and cook it on a medium flame.
4. Flip it when it is light brown from one side and let it cook on the other side too.
5. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
