# Ingredients

- 60g Rice (C:47.4g; F:0.3g; P:3.9g; Kcal:207.9)
- 80g Paneer (C:2.4g; F:17.6g; P:14.4g; Kcal:225.6)
- 100g Palak (C:3g; F:0g; P:2g; Kcal:20)
- 10g Desi ghee (C:0g; F:10g; P:0g; Kcal:90)
- Salt and Other Basic Species
- Ginger & Garlic

# Preparation

1. Wash palak and boil it in a pan for 3 minutes. Then remove the hot water and wash the boiled palak again with cold water.
2. Dry roast ginger, garlic, and red chilly for 2-3 min in 5g desi ghee. In a grinding jar, add palak, the roasted spices, Little bit of water to make a puree out of it.
3. Heat a pan and add ghee to it.
4. Roast chopped onions & tomato in 5g desi ghee. Add salt and other spices to it. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the grinder paste to the pan. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes and then add chopped paneer to it.
6. Close the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes
7. Till then boil rice with 200ml water.
8. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
