# Ingredients
- 70g Moong Dal, Yellow (C:42g; F:0.84g; P:16.8g; Kcal:242.76)
- 5g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:5g; P:0g; Kcal:45)
- Salt and Other Spices
- Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilly Paste, and Eno
# Preparation
1. Wash and soak moong dal in Water for 2-3 hours.
2. Add this soaked dal, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste and some water in a Mixture jar to blend a smooth paste.
3. Add water If required to get a smooth consistency (i.e. cake batter consistency).
4. Add pinch of Eno, whisk a bit.
5. Grease Thali with ghee, add batter in it.
6. Now steam this dhokla thali for about 15-20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
7. Cut into pieces.
8. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
