# Ingredients

- 60g Soya Flour (C:10.7g; F:12.9g; P:21.4g; Kcal:244.5)
- 30g Wheat Flour (C:22.5g; F:0.5g; P:3.4g; Kcal:108.1)
- 10g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:10g; P:0g; Kcal:90)
- 20g Radish (Negligible Calories)
- 50g Dahi (Classic Dahi, Mother Dairy) (C:5g; F:3g; P:3.7g; Kcal:61.8)
- Onions, Jeera Powder, Chilly Powder, Chat Masala, Salt, Turmeric, Amchur Powder

# Preparation

1. Make a dough using soya flour, wheat flour and water.
2. Grate radish and add onions, jeera powder, chilly powder, chat masala, salt, turmeric and amchur powder. Mix it well
3. Roll out the dough and add the above mixture and fold it into a square/circle shape.
4. Again roll out the folded dough.
5. Heat a pan and put the rolled out parantha.
6. When it is slightly cooked from one side flip it and apply ghee. Repeat for the other side. Cook till it is crispy from both sides.
7. Serve for yourself with dahi and Enjoy.
