# Ingredients

- 40g Rice (C:31.6g; F:0.2g; P:2.6g; Kcal:138.6)
- 40g Lobia (C:31g; F:1g; P:12g; Kcal:181)
- 10g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:10g; P:0g; Kcal:90)
- Salt, Jeera, Red Chilly (Dry), Ginger, Garlic and Other Spices
- Lemon
- Veggies (Onions & Tomatoes)

# Preparation

1. Soak rice and boil lobia and keep it aside along with water.
2. Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add jeera and red chilly. Let it cook till jeera get little brown and chilly are swollen.
3. Add ginger, garlic, and chopped onions. Mix it well and cook for 2-3minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes, salt, and other spices.
4. Mix well and sauté them. Add lobia along with water and 1⁄4 lemon. Bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Then add soaked rice to it and do not mix it just spread the rice in kadai all over the lobia mixture. Leave it for 2-3 minutes.
6. Now mix the rice and lobia mixture. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
7. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
