Kala Chana Chilla
# Ingredients
- 50g Kala Channa (C:60g; F:5g; P:17g; Kcal:353)
- 2 Amul Cheese Cubes (50g) (C:0.75g; F:13g; P:10g; Kcal:160)
- 5g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:5g; P:0g; Kcal:45)
- Veggies as per your choice (eg-Onions, tomatoes, Spinach, Capsicum, etc)
- Basic Spices

# Preparation
1. Soak Kala Channa overnight.
2. Grind Channa & put it into a bowl and 50ml water to it.
3. Now add veggies, salt, and other spices to it. Mix it well.
4. Then add more water and mix it till it becomes thick.
5. We can easily make 4 Channa Chillas out of 100g of Channa. So in the next steps use Ghee and Besan Mixture accordingly.
6. Heat a Pan and spread Ghee.
7. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it well.
8. Cover the pan with a lid or plate and let it cook for 4 minutes on medium flame.
9. Now if the Chila is little red from another side, flip it and grate half a cube of cheese over the cooked side. Let it cook till the other side is also red.
10. Make the other 3 Chilas the same way.
11. Then Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
