- Chia seeds - 20-25g
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cocoa powder- 1/2 spoon
- Whey- 30g
- Banana - 1
- Walnuts for topping
Recipe:
- Soak chia seeds in milk overnight.
- Add whey and coco powder in it.
- Make a paste of half banana and mix it.
- Top it up with some banana and walnuts.
