Chia Seeds Pudding


  • Chia seeds - 20-25g
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder- 1/2 spoon
  • Whey- 30g
  • Banana - 1
  • Walnuts for topping


  1. Soak chia seeds in milk overnight.
  2. Add whey and coco powder in it.
  3. Make a paste of half banana and mix it.
  4. Top it up with some banana and walnuts.
