# Ingredients

- 50g Rice (C:39.5g; F:0.25g; P: 3.25g; Kcal: 173.25)
- 50g Channa Dal (C:29.5g; F: 2.5g; P:10g; Kcal:180.50)
- 5g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:5g; P:0g; Kcal: 45)
- 50g Soya (C:16.5g; F:0.21; P:26.29; Kcal:173.07)
- Salt and Other Basic Species
- Veggies (Onions, Tomatoes, Carrot, etc)

# Preparation

1. Boil Soya in 150ml water and keep it aside (Drain out the water).
2. Mix dal and rice in a bowl and wash them in water. Drain the water and leave the mixture aside.
3. Heat the cooker and add ghee to it.
4. Add onion, other veggies, salt, and other spices to it & stir till it gets a little brown.
5. Add the mixture of raw rice - dal, and soya to it & stir it completely.
6. Add 200ml of water to it. Close the lid of the cooker and cook the khichdi for 4 whistles of the cooker. 
7. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
