# Ingredients

- 150g Ladies Finger (C:9g; F:0g; P:3g; Kcal:48)
- 3 Whole Eggs (C:0g; F:15g; P:18g; Kcal:207)
- 2 Egg Whites (C:0g; F:0g; P:6g; Kcal:24)
- 10g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:10g; P:0g; Kcal:90)
- Salt and Other SpicesVeggies (Onions)

# Preparation

1. Heat oil in pan and add jeera to it.
2. Add chopped ladies’ finger to it.
3. Let it cook on medium flame n don’t cover.
4. Once it is half cooked, add salt and other spices to it.
5. Let it cook completely on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
6. Now add eggs (either directly or beat and then add)
7. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes
8. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
