You don’t have to lift weights for Fat Loss!

Well, before you hop on the happy train – a word.

You can lose weight or fat without lifting weights, but would it be optimum for you or your body?

The above-said statement depends on a couple of factors. First, are you participating in any physical activity or a sport of your choice? If yes, then you are probably good to go as long as you are challenging yourself and getting better in the activity you have been performing.

But, if your answer is no, giving weight training/ lifting weights, a shot might be a good idea. You will probably enjoy it. But you will never know until you try. So experiment and try out different sports or exercises a chance before forming a rigid mindset about the same.

Some activity that pushes your limit helps build strength and endurance levels is good. However, it would be best if you didn’t shy away from making efforts. Training with weights does come with a large variety of benefits. Stay tuned to find more about that in our next newsletter.
