National Nutrition Week is observed nationwide from September 1 to September 7. Oh, is there something like this? We are quite sure you must be googling now to re-check.

This started as a movement that encourages everyone to make informed food choices and develop sound eating and physical activity habits they can follow all year.

2022 Theme: Celebrate a World of Flavours

The theme Celebrate a World of Flavours is to give every culture a place on the table.

Celebrate a World of Flavours; this theme embraces global cultures, cuisines, and inclusivity, plus highlights the expertise of professionals in the Nutrition field.

“Celebrating the cultural heritage, traditions, and recipes from all people is a tasty way to nourish ourselves, learn about one another, and find appreciation in our diversity.” – registered dietitian nutritionist Libby Mills.

We at PFC help clients fine-tune traditional recipes and provide alternative cooking methods and other healthful advice for incorporating family-favorite foods into everyday meals.
