From Coding to Coaching

During my final year of college, I transitioned from the tech industry to health and wellness, driven by a profound fascination with biology and the human body. With over a decade of gym training and six years of professional coaching since 2018, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele. My clients range from 16 to 75 years old, including beginners, intermediates, individuals with lifestyle disorders, marathoners, sports enthusiasts and people in high stress jobs.

My Coaching Philosophy

My coaching style is characterized by frequent, semi-formal interactions that allow me to connect with my clients on a personal level. I believe in the power of sharing my own experiences to motivate and inspire. Understanding the deeper "why" behind a healthy lifestyle is crucial, and I emphasize sustainable habits that promote lifelong fitness rather than focusing on short term goals.

Sharing Knowledge and Inspiring Others

As a published author of audiobooks on health and wellness and a sought-after guest speaker, I am committed to spreading my knowledge through various mediums. Whether it's written, audio, or video content, my goal is to provide valuable insights that help my clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Outside of my coaching career, I have a zest for life that includes cartwheels, hanging upside down, and delving into the wonders of psychology. I firmly believe that maintaining health is the key to aging gracefully and living a pain-free, fulfilling life.

Coach with patience and practicality

I have been working with Varnit for almost a year now. I approached him post running-related injury-rehab and the advice from doctors was to get stronger overall and especially in the joints. After initial discussions, he devised a plan to get stronger and that would be helpful for me to achieve my goals while keeping the nutritional requirements in check. While it is an ongoing journey, I would like to take a moment and appreciate him for patiently listening to the problems, for suggesting the changes either for different workout movements or for suggesting different options to maintain a diet routine and especially for giving a definite push when he knows I am ready for the next level.

I've been working with Varnit for a while now, and he's awesome! I'm currently on a mass gain program, and he's been super patient, especially with my tricky food sensitivities, always finding food combos that work for me. His training program is straightforward and effective—no fluff, just real results. Plus, he's always easy to contact and quick to respond, which is really reassuring. Overall, he's patient, practical, and super responsive. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great fitness coach!
