Coach lacked the enthusiasm to motivate me.I have medical condition where I was required to gain weight, so joined pfc, but no effective result seen so far

She is a nice gentle lady who takes every care of the client.She guides & advises on diet chart on daily basis with a goal to achive all round fitness activities of the client.She reviews diet plan on weekly basis & recommends the best solution to resolve the problem if any.Great experience with Prabhaswari madam to work with
