Tofu Egg bhurji
# Ingredients

- 2 Whole Eggs (C:0g; F:10g; P:12g; Kcal:138)
- 3 Egg Whites (C:0g; F:0g; P:9g; Kcal:36)
- 150g Tofu (C:3g; F:7.5g; P:12g; Kcal:127.5)
- Salt & Basic Spices
- 5g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:5g; P:0g; Kcal:45)
- Veggies (Onions, Tomatoes, Capsicum)

# Preparation

1. Boil Tofu for 5 minutes.
2. Heat a pan and add ghee.
3. Add veggies, salt & other spices and sauté them for a while.
4. Mash Tofu and add it to the pan. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add eggs as mentioned in the pan. (Either beat the eggs first or add them directly) Use cut and fold so that it doesn’t form a layer. Then cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
