# Preparation
1. Grind soya chunks and keep them aside.
2. Keep 2 glasses of water for heating aside.
3. In a vessel add ghee and mustard seeds- cook for 1/2 minute, then add chopped onions, salt, other spices, and sauté till it turns golden.
4. Add semolina and roast till it leaves a fragrance and adds soya powder.
5. After it is roasted well add the hot water and salt, stir till it thickens, you can add more water according to the consistency you like.
6. Squeeze lemonServe for yourself and Enjoy.
