# Ingredients

- 70g Soya Chunks (C:23.1g; F:0.3g; P:36.8g; Kcal:242.3)
- 50g Channa Sattu (C:32g; F:3g; P:10.5g; Kcal:197)
- 15g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:15g; P:0g; Kcal:135)
- 100g Boiled Potato (C:17g; F:0g; P:1g; Kcal:72)
- Onions, Mint, Coriander, Green Chilly, Red Chilly, Cumin, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Ginger, Chaat Masala, and Salt

# Preparation

1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for half-hour.
2. Now, squeeze the water out and blend it.
3. Put the blended soya into a bowl and add channa sattu, chopped onions, mashed potato, mint, coriander, green chilly, red chilly, cumin, turmeric, chilly powder, garam masala, 3g desi ghee, ginger chopped, chaat masala, and salt.
4. Mix it well and divide it into small portions of the size of golf balls.
5. Heat a pan and add ghee and shallow fry the kebabs till it is brown on both sides.
6. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
