# Preparation
1. Boil Soya Chunks, drain the water, and keep it aside.
2. Take Methi in a deep bowl, sprinkle a little salt, mix it well, cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
3. Squeeze the water from the methi and keep it aside.
4. Heat a pan, put ghee, and add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, and sauté them.
5. Add chopped potatoes and let them cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
6. Add soya chunks and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Now add methi, salt, and other spices. Mix well and let it cook for 2-3minutes.
8. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
