# Ingredients

- 100g Paneer (C:0.5g; F:10.5g; P:9g; Kcal:132.5)
- 2 Whole Eggs (C:0g; F:10g; P:12g; Kcal:138)
- 50g Rice (C:39.5g; F:0.3g; P:3.3g; Kcal:173.9)
- 10g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:10g; P:0g; Kcal:90)
- Veggies as per your choice (Onions, tomatoes, Spinach, Capsicum, etc)
- Basic Spices

# Preparation

1. Boil the rice and keep it aside.
2. Add 5g desi to a pan, add eggs, salt and spices. Scramble and keep aside.
3. Add 5g desi ghee to pan, paneer, veggies, and salt & spices to it. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add scrambled eggs and rice to it. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
