Chicken Breast Pulao
# Ingredients
- 200g Chicken Breast (C:0g; F:6g; P:50g; Kcal:254)
- 50g Rice (C:39.5g; F:0.3g; P:3.3g; Kcal:173.9)
- 10g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:10g; P:0g; Kcal:90)
- Veggies as per your choice
- Basic Spices

# Preparation
1. Clean & Wash Chicken pieces. Marinate it with salt, turmeric powder & lemon & keep it aside.
2. Wash & soak rice for 30 minutes.
3. In a pan (hollow pan), add ghee and heat it.
4. Add jeera, Bay leaves, onions, and let it fry till the onions are a little brown. Then add others veggies and other spices to it. Let it fry till veggies are soft.
5. Now, put the marinated chicken into the pan. Let it fry till the chicken is brown on a medium flame. (can add mint leaves, tastes good)
6. Add soaked & drained rice along with a splash of salt. Mix & fry for around 2 minutes.
7. Now add 200ml-250ml of water and mix it.
8. Bring it to boil. Then cover & cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame. (stir twice in between)
9. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
